A native of Sweden, Dr. Gilboa completed her extensive training at prestigious institutions such as the internationally renowned Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden, known for its association with the Nobel Prize in Medicine. She furthered her training at Mercy Hospital in San Diego, honing her skills in general, medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Gilboa's dedication to her patients extends beyond dermatological concerns, as she prioritizes their overall well-being and fosters long-term relationships with her patients.

Dr. Gilboa has specific training in a variety of dermatological procedures, including the treatment of facial veins, and the administration of BOTOX® Cosmetic and JUVÉDERM® injections. Her expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology allows her to offer tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs and desires of each patient.

In addition to her medical expertise, Dr. Gilboa's fluency in five languages enhances her ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of her practice, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband, exploring new cultures and experiences. Dr. Gilboa is a devoted family person, cherishing time spent with her two children and four granddaughters.
